Subprocessors

This page lists the categories of service providers ("subprocessors") that process personal data on behalf of ProvenRemote, Inc. as described in our Data Processing Addendum. Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement that limits processing to the purposes we specify and requires appropriate security measures.

Application hosting and content delivery
Data: IP address, browser type, request logs

Database and authentication
Data: Account details, profiles, applications, scores, sessions

File storage for audio recordings
Data: Audition, training and screening audio clips

Transactional email delivery
Data: Name, email address, message content

AI transcription and scoring
Data: Written answers, audio recordings, transcripts

Payment processing (employers only)
Data: Billing name, email, card details held by the processor

Named provider details for each category are available on request from privacy@provenremote.com.
Notice of changes
Before we add or replace a subprocessor, we publish a new version of this page at least 30 days in advance and email active employers. Employers may object in writing to privacy@provenremote.com within that period; if we cannot resolve the objection, the employer may stop using the affected part of the Services and cancel without further charge.
